In some cases when you upload a report, an overlay with ‘Completeness Check Results’ may appear. Your lender may enable this Completeness Check which analyzes hundreds of data points on the report and can immediately let you know if there are any inconsistencies or missing data on the report so you can address any issues prior to sending it.
If the Completeness Check results are accurate, you can review the information, edit the report, and try delivering again. If the Completeness Check results are not relevant to the report you are delivering, you must enter a comment in the text box (as shown below in red) such as ‘information confirmed’ then click the Continue Anyway button (as shown below in blue). This will take you back to the delivery window where you can click the Deliver button at the bottom of the screen to finish sending the report to the lender.
