Payment Remittance Update
Information for Appraisers
 
For those of you who receive payments directly from Appraisal Firewall, you may have noticed a name change on your payments coming from Appraisal Firewall. Effective January 1, 2023, all current and future payments will reflect Xactus LLC as issuing payment, via check or ePayment, on behalf of Appraisal Firewall. Please note payment periods will remain the same. Orders completed within Appraisal Firewall during the 1st through 15th of the month will continue to be remitted on the 20th, while orders completed during the 16th through the end of the month will continue to be remitted on the 5th of the following month.

Those appraisers that invoice lenders for payment remittance will continue that process. In those instances, payment will continue to be issued by the lender responsible for remitting payment to you.
