How to Setup a Free Receivables Account via Bill.com for Appraisal Payments
Our modified EFT process will require you (if you have not done so already) to create a free receivables account via Bill.com. When you do, your payments will be remitted as a direct deposit. This is the fastest way to get paid.
You should have received an email like the one below from Bill.com. Please note that the notification will reflect BILL as the sender. When you do, select the Accept Invite button to get started.

For more information about creating your free receivables account within Bill.com, check out their walkthrough video HERE. It only takes a few minutes and will allow you to access your payments from Appraisal Firewall and Xactus LLC easily.
What if I Don't Want to Create a Free Receivable Account?
If you would prefer to not set up a free receivables account, you will receive your payments via a physical check to the mailing address that is entered in your Appraisal Firewall account.
Payment periods will remain the same. Once payments are issued, Bill.com will supply you with a payment notification.
If you do not want to wait for a check in the mail, we encourage you to create your Bill.com receivables account.
Bill.com "Get Paid Now" Link Charges a 3% Fee
As you receive emails from Bill.com, within the body of the notifications, you may see a GET PAID NOW link (as shown below).
PLEASE NOTE: Utilizing this link will prompt you to approve a 3% instant funds transfer fee, which will deduct 3% of the total amount you are due to access your funds right away. This is in effect a vendor rush fee. Waiting the 1-2 business days for the funds to be transferred to your preferred bank account will incur no fee.
We apologize for any inconvenience this billing update may have caused you.
