Starting Friday morning, June 9th, 2023, an updated version of Appraisal Firewall will be available for you. This release is adding the lender’s name to New Request email notifications. Lender Name Added to New Request Emails
We are adding the Lender Name to all New Request emails to ensure appraisers have additional identifying information when reviewing order requests. Now, appraisers will know up front who the lender is requesting the order to aid in prioritizing work. The New Request emails will have a new field titled Lender, where the lender name will be displayed directly below the Lender field.
This enhancement has been automatically applied for your convenience, and no additional action is required.
