PDF Security Updates
Beginning Wednesday, September 30, 2026, Appraisal Firewall will be applying security updates to how the platform handles PDF uploads. Appraisers may experience a, "Failed to upload" error during the PDF upload process. If you experience this error when attempting to upload a PDF, take the following steps:
- Verify you are using the most current version of your forms software
- Re-print the original PDF that returns the error through the operating system's Print to PDF option
- Upload the regenerated PDF to the order
- If the error persists, contact AppraisalFirewall@SharperLending.com
